At this time, we do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange for eligible items.

⏳ Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to send it back to us.

✨ Items Must Be:

• Unworn + unwashed

• Free of makeup, perfume, pet hair, etc.

📦 How to Exchange:

1. Email us at thesimpleeboutique@gmail.com with your order number + reason for return.

2. We’ll send you all the return instructions.

3. Once we get your item, we’ll process your store credit or send out your exchange!
